Warranty Policy (defective goods) Terms and Conditions
- Proof of purchase is required prior to receiving a Return Authorization Number.
- Warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase or 90 days in rental use.
- Damaged or missing item(s) must be reported to Wheeleez within 72 hours of receipt.
- Cosmetic seconds, discontinued items, and discounted samples are sold “as is” and are not returnable.
- All product being returned must be clean and shipped at customer expense via a trackable method.
- We will repair or replace item(s) at our discretion.
- Please fill out the online warranty form to receive a Return Authorization Number.
