Return Policy (unused goods)

  • Please fill out the online return form to receive a Return Authorization Number.
  • We will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase date.
  • Damaged or missing Item(s) must be reported to Wheeleez within 72 hours of receipt.
  • Return Authorizations must be returned within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.
  • Returned product must be unused, in the original package, and shipped at customer cost via a trackable method.
  • 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned merchandise if parts are missing or if there is no RA #.
  • Returned product must include a copy of the invoice or sales receipt.
  • Cosmetic seconds, discontinued items, and discounted samples are sold “as is” and are not returnable.
  • Refused packages will have return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee deducted from any refund.

Warranty Policy (defective goods)

  • Proof of purchase is required prior to receiving a Return Authorization Number.
  • Warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase or 90 days in rental use.

  • All product being returned must be cleaned and shipped at customer expense via a trackable method..
  • We will repair or replace item(s) at our discretion.
