Dealer FAQ’s
- Dealer pricing is available only after dealer status is approved.
- Storefront, Warehousing and Retail Website must be shown for dealer approval.
- Orders are placed online and require a dealer login and password.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Bank Transfer.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization (RA Number).
- 15% Restocking Fee applies to all returns.
- Any refunds are to the dealer only, no exceptions.
- Six (6) month manufacturers limited warranty applies.
- All merchandise is shipped from our Fairfield, CA warehouse.
- Damages must be filed with the carrier upon receipt of shipment.
- Shortages must be filed within 3 days after the arrival of shipment.
