Dealer FAQ’s

● Dealer pricing is available only after dealer status is approved.
● Storefront, Warehousing and Retail Website must be shown for dealer approval.
● Orders are placed online and require a dealer login and password.
● We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Bank Transfer.
● No returns will be accepted without prior authorization (RA Number).
● 15% Restocking Fee applies to all returns.
● Any refunds are to the dealer only, no exceptions.
● Six (6) month manufacturers limited warranty applies.
● All merchandise is shipped from our Fairfield, CA warehouse.
● Damages must be filed with the carrier upon receipt of shipment.
● Shortages must be filed within 3 days after the arrival of shipment.
