OEM FAQs

● OEM pricing is available only after OEM status is approved.
● Sample wheels must be purchased at retail cost prior to OEM approval.
● NDA’s (non disclosure agreements) not applicable.
● Wheeleez™ representation requirement must be agreed to.
● Orders are placed online and require a login and password.
● We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Bank Transfer.
● No returns will be accepted without prior authorization (RA#).
● 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
● Any refunds are to OEM only, no exceptions.
● Six (6) month manufacturers limited warranty apply.
● All merchandise is shipped from our Fairfield, CA warehouse.
● Damages must be filed with carrier upon receipt of shipment.
● Shortages must be filed within 3 days after arrival of shipment.
