Tuff-Tires are polyurethane foamed wheels that have all characteristics of air filled tires, without the possibility of ever going flat. Works best on hard or firm surfaces. This model has  25.4mm (1") bushings Included. If you need 1/2", 3/4" or 5/8" please let us know.
